JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Follow ongoing recruitment sourcing methodology for open positions; 2 Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find passive candidates through a variety of methods including: complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships; 3 Direct source candidates using cold calling and persuasive techniques in a professional way; 4 Through various sourcing activities, create a comprehensive pipeline of skilled candidates to fill positions within various specialty areas; 5 Communicate effectively with Recruiting Team throughout the sourcing process; 6 Present qualified resumes and/or profiles to the recruiting team for processing; JOB REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 1. Candidate sourcing experience is expected; 2. Skilled in cold call and competitor direct sourcing techniques is expected; 3. Good attitude towards internal and external communication for all levels of people; 4. Qualified spoken and written English, be aware of work in cross-cultural management style; 5. A good team worker, energetic, open-mind, honesty and integrity; Innovative and creative; 6. WILL-DO attitude. Ability to remain adaptable and flexible; 7. junior year ,On average can work 2-3days per week
