职位描述
Responsibilities: - Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact for all Trelleborg users. Communicates known solutions to end-users in a user-friendly and professional manner. Administration and reporting of user service requests as defined by IT management. - Escalate incidents to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be solved within defined time frames. - Manage end-user incidents and prioritize work based on defined SLAs. - Deal with multiple users and prioritises service in line with business needs - Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability, reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with responsible IT management. - Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg IT standards. - Education of users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems. - Active contribution to Global Competence Team group activities where required. - Contribute ideas to improve IT processes/services. - Support implementation of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards. - Improvement of personal skills within the area of responsibility. - Implementation of and adherence to Trelleborg IT policies. - Follow Trelleborg standards like IT code of conduct, Trelleborg code of conduct and technical IT standards. - Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented in an understandable manner. - Work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals. Requirements: - College or undergraduate students, major in computer science or related subject. - Technical IT infrastructure knowledge with focus on globally positioned IT infrastructure technique. - Analytical Skills; strong and flexible individual capable of dealing with the typical tensions that arise within an IT service environment; confident & customer focused; good problem solving skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Ability to manage own work schedule (good self-management skills) - High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment. - Ability to cooperate with other individuals with a problem solving oriented attitude on a professional level. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively. - Keen interest in working in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment. - Ability to travel internationally as required by business.
