职位职责： 实习天数：5 天 / 周

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Maintain Purchase Order (PO),Sales Order(SO),Material Master, Customer/Vendor Master and relevant maintenance in SAP system and raise them with all necessary documents or instruction to corresponding domestic/ overseas vendors and HK office.
2.Follw-up PO processing including place order, confirm delivery time, update shipping/delivery statues, accounting reconciliation & payment application to vendor.
3.Follow-up SO processing including logistics, shipping documents, import, customs clearance, local delivery ,VAT  issue and payment.
4.Keep customers and Sales Representative/Manager informed of PO/SO status.
5.Assist Sales Representative/Manager for application of new customer and new item in SAP
6.Sales & purchase relevant document filing & management
7.Concerned Sales report
8.Assist Sales Representative/Manager for business operation when they are not available
9.Assist customer reception
10.Tasks assigned by ETO Parts Service  Sales Representative/Manager
11.Cooperate with office department including accounting, IT ,After market department and other teams.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1.Excellent communication skills.
2.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
3.Excellent telephone manners.
4.Excellent organizing and planning skills to meet tight deadlines.
5.Proficient in the use of MS Office, databases, spreadsheets and e-mail, preferably Lotus Notes.
6Sound problems solving and analytical skills.
7.Good interpersonal skills
