职位职责： 实习天数：4 天 / 周

Position: Admin Intern
Report to: HR Manager
Department: HR & Admin Dept.

● Responsibilities:
1- Assist the foreign manager with personal affairs, such as tickets booking, hotel reservation, agenda arrangement, expense report, and other assignments;
2- Office administration, such as office stationary and equipment maintenance, filling payment forms, suppliers management, etc.
3- Logistic coordination for foreign visitors, such as invitation letters, pick up and departure, local transportation, hotel reservation, meal etc. 
4- Coordinate on board process for new hires, such as preparing laptop, work bench setup, IT training, telephone, network etc.
5 -OT record for one team;
6-Assist to organize company activities; facilitate all kinds of meetings; monitor small decoration projects; develop proper solutions for office safety issues etc.
7- Update and maintain intranet;
8- Other duties assigned;

● Requirements：
1- Ongoing university student with bachelor degree or above;
2- Excellent English skill in writing and speaking, above CET-6;
3- Proficient in PC skills especially Microsoft Office;
4- Good interpersonal skills; passionate and strong ownership; detail oriented;
5- Must be able to work at least 3 full days per week, 5 days preferred;
