QAD Job Description:Technical Writer Intern
职位名称：Software Engineer (Technical Writer)
招聘对象：本科（目前在读大三）、硕士，2013年毕业。
人数：2人

Business Justifications
Support local training and customer support efforts.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in technical communications, English, computer science, or other related     fields
*Excellent English communication and writing skills
*Solid experience in English-Chinese translation
*Experience with CAT (Computer Aided Translation) tools is a plus
*Knowledge of ERP software, financial accounting, supply chain, and manufacturing is a plus
*Experience with desktop publishing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker and WebWorks *Publisher is a plus
*Experience with XML, HTML, CSS is a plus
*Attentive to details with a strong sense of quality
*A quick learner, self-motivated and passionate about knowledge acquisition and sharing

Responsibilities
*Translate product documentation and training materials from English to Chinese
*Maintain and perform QC (quality control) of translation memory
*Perform QC on installation guides to ensure installation procedures are accurately documented
*Perform QC on training guides to verify training scripts and ensure all training materials are  accurate and complete
*Plan, develop, and peer-review product documentation for both internal and external customers as needed
