职位职责： 实习天数：3 天 / 周

Key Responsibilities:
1、Work together with NGMES global level II team as a backup of support engineer
2、Help the troubleshooting of MFG system tickets raised from plant with quick fix mode, target is to reduce down time and serve manufacturing timely manner
3、Under global support team’s guideline to resolve the configuration issues and give clear feedback to plant
4、Raise Problem Reports (PR) for issues that require code change after seeking the workable work around solution
5、Follow up the plant MFG system monthly downtime by incident catalog, and summary the report to monthly meeting
6、Follow up the remedy close as monthly manner
7、Maintain and comply with software change control procedures and to follow core team processes in daily work
8、Provide the in house MFG system training to plant key users if possible
9、Department Assistant for general tasks. 

Qualifications:
1、 Has relative knowledge of Oracle 10g, SQL and PL/SQL; C, VC++, C#, .net, Java programming, SQL server and Crystal reports, XML etc
2、 Understanding or awareness of structured development lifecycle and development methodologies like CMM5 etc is a plus
3、 Good written and oral communication skills, can read technical documents in English and communicate in written English
