                    职位职责：
                        实习天数：3 天 / 周

                    
Position Summary:  
Provide purchasing service to support IDM sourcing for the daily operation ..

Essential Job Functions:
•Provide purchasing service to internal & external customers to meet their indirect goods or services needs with proper price, timely delivery and proper way. 
-Create purchase order basing on PR & supporting documents,    review purchase contracts. 
-Manage delivery or service provide program for timely purchase close-out. Work with suppliers, users to resolve delivery issues. 
-Coordinate & solve complaints from users & suppliers, coordinate regular meeting to communicate.
-Accepts additional assignment from Purchasing Manager.

Experience Qualifications:
•Proficiency in MS Office applications 
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•High degree of initiative 
•Good in Chinese and English languages
