职位职责：

Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for all aspects of warranty cases on external failures and customer complaints to ensure correction of the non-conformance,work with technical team to identity the cause of the failure,coordinate with feeder factory for replacement,manages warranty expenses and reserves to minimize Cost of Poor Quality under direction of operation Manager.
2. Responsible for assisting the project manager and operations manager;assist in the creation of project management documents,prepare OPEX reports for the operations manager,processing all other operations-related requests by the line manager.

Qualification & Requirements
1. Good communication skills, problem solving skills, initiative and teamwork spirit.
2. Good language ability in English.
