Job description
One of China’s fastest growing wine merchant has a great opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated sales assistant to join its active sales department. You will be in charge of assisting sales supervisors in the daily sales operations.

Responsibilities
1. Arrange orders and deliveries in relationship with logistic department
2. Issue proposal and contracts in accordance to sales executives requirements
3. Maintain positive relationships with clients
4. Coordinate sales activity such as client tasting, training, …
5. Follow up account receivables
6. Advise on business development by searching new business leads and contacts
7. Ensure sales support by providing information, resolving problems, and answering regular questions from the sales team in coordination with marketing department

Requirements
1. Well-organized
2. Good communication skill and fluent in both oral and written English
3. Enthusiastic about wine industry. Wine knowledge is a plus.
4. Previous successful experience in assistant position
5. Working hard and have the ability to learn quickly, can both work on a team and independently.
