职位描述

You will be a member of OOCL global technical team supporting an enterprise IT infrastructure, including Desktops, Servers, Global Wide Area Network, IP Telephony and IP Contact Center.  You will be responsible for technical support, project implementation and ongoing maintenance of the global infrastructure.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in running a global IT infrastructure, such as Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL, Hyper-V Server), Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Cisco Router/Switch technology, Next-generation firewall, Wireless LAN, Cisco IP Phone, IP Contact Center and other advanced infrastructure solutions.

Accountability: 
- Responsible for support OOCL in the following major areas: desktop, server, network and IP Telephony : 
- Provide support on OS (windows XP/7, windows server 2003,windows server 2008) 
- Provide support on LAN, wireless and WAN. 
- Provide support on desktop and notebook hardware and software. 
- Provide support on IP Telephony 
- Deploy the MS security patch to desktop and server etc. 

Requirement: 
- Some support experience in Desktop, Microsoft Windows Servers or Networking (high quality fresh graduate is also considered as a junior position) 
-Bachelor's degree, major in information technology, computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
- MCSE is desired, CCNA is a plus. 
- Good knowledge and understanding on ITIL is a plus. 
- Good communication and analytical skills. 
- Good command of spoken and written English.
