职位职责： 实习天数：3 天 / 周

Job Duties:
1. Conduct secondary research on industries/companies/consumer trends (10%);
2. Store-visits to various retail outlets to track brand/product information (10%);
3. Conduct trade interviews/discussions via phone with companies and associations within the fmcg industry and build on existing contact list (50%);
4. Engage in data calculations, analysis and estimations to develop national size/shares/data (5%);
5. Forecast future consumer goods market trends, changes and developments (5%);
6. Preparation and writing of company/industry reports (English) (20%);
7. Working closely with project manager on a regular basis to ensure delivery of high-quality research outputs
8. The candidate does not need to work in our office for this home-based position ( However, SHANGHAI candidate will be asked to work in office 3 days per week)

Please note that for ad-hoc projects, tasks may vary and may not consist of the whole list of tasks mentioned above.

The potential candidate will have:
1. Can stay on board (for this internship) for at least 6-12 months
2. To commit at least  20-30 hours per week during the working time (From Monday to Friday)
3. Comfortable in conducting interviews/discussion via phone (cold -calling) with companies
4. Proficient English (A good CET 6 score, equivalent or above)
5. Strong analytical and numerical abilities
6. Able to work independently and meeting deadlines
7. Post-graduates with sufficient time/ undergraduates with graduate school admission  are welcomed to apply
8. Able to start immediately will be highly preferred
