Report Developer—GCDI China
Position is responsible for preparing data listings and reports for data clean-up and review using SAS or SQL for execution in the InForm Reporting Database (COGNOS) or I-Review.  Provides study level support to the operational groups in the management of individual activities as required. This support includes development of standardized listing, utilities and systems for the clean-up activities performed by Data Management.  Provides technical support to Data Management for reporting-related issues.  Management of program libraries in UNIX and registration of programs in I-Review.

Education Minimum Requirement:  Bachelors Degree
Required Experience and Skills: SQL and SAS programming skills
1 BS/BA in computer science, information systems, mathematics, bioinformatics or life sciences.
2 Experience with  SQL, SQL+.
3 Thorough knowledge and understanding of database structure and design.
4 Ability to communicate in both the technical and business areas.
5 Strong and demonstrated communication skills (oral and written)
6 Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
7 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Desired Experience and Skills:
1 Experience in Clinical Research industry.
2 SQL or other relational database programming language.
3 SAS programming language.
4 Understanding of drug discovery process,  FDA regulations, GxP guidelines, ICH guidelines, clinical database cleaning process, and 21 CFR Part 11.
