职位职责： 实习天数：5 天 / 周

Description
In this position, you will be a partner of Occupational Health program manager.  Your work scope will include but not limited to the following: 
–Responding as advanced first aid provider to onsite emergencies as well assessing evaluating, treating non-occupational injuries and illness and participated injury investigation 
–Supervise and help the clinic vendor to provide clinic maintenance and comprehensive care (within the scope of nursing practice) for acute and chronic work related injuries and illness, and. 
–May work with other EHS disciplines to recognize environmental factors and/or stresses in or from the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health, or discomfort among the employees. 
–Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. 
–Manage medical cases and workplace violence cases. 
–Coordinate with HR on Employee Assistance Program. 
–Conduct health and wellbeing programs in company.
–Work with Corp. OH and ATM Peers to implement applicable programs in CD site
–Help site EHS manager to monitor the performance of the clinic outsourcing service provider 
–Manage the EMMP (Electronic Medical Monitoring Program) system, manage the OH medicine inventory and purchase, and manage certain OH program implementation, promoting Safety programs to meet the needs of the site. Performing other duties defined by the site OH program manager and EHS manager.

Qualifications
You must be a student who is pursuing Bachelor/master degree in medical care/ Chinese Medicine/occupational health and hygiene/Nursing, etc.. Additional qualifications include: 
- Good written and verbal English skill 
- Good Influencing skills and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment by active engagement and completing required activities
