SHIPPING ASSISTANT'S SCOPE OF ACTION：
1、Shipment & order process management
• Up date dailly and correctly the Business Order tracing (B.O.T) as reporting of your work
• Proceed the PO making in respecting the designation, Payment term, ETD….with all the necessary details
• Optimize and minimize the delay between PO and PI confirmation. 
• Optimize and minimize the time between the planned ETD and the real shipping date
• Optimize and minimize the time beetween the receipt of B/L and the receipt of BL copy
• Make sure all the db list are up dated before issuing the PO and the PI. 
• Make sure the logistic information in db list are correct and use only the most up dated one.
• Cooperate with Merchandisers to control the shipping schedule in following the production schedule
2、Checking the logistic information of Order for consolidation & Shipment
• Make sure loading is correct & confirmed logistic information mentioned in db list
•Cooperate with Shipping coordinator for dealing the order loading process
3、Apply the Process of action
•Strictly apply the PURCHASE Process
•Strictly apply the order Account Process with Aurilis Group
4、Manage & Daily up date the BOT
•Up date daily the B.O.T
•Make sure all the information you record in B.O.T are reliable and daily up dated

大专及以上学历，女性
CET-4，良好的英语读写能力
