Bain & Company is a leading global management consulting firm.  The Greater China offices are currently recruiting exceptional candidates (including those with non-business backgrounds) who are on track to graduate by 2011 for Associate Consultant Intern positions in the summer of 2010.  Title of Position: Associate Consultant InternLocation: Beijing, Shanghai & Hong KongProgram Description:

The Associate Consultant Intern program (ACI Program) starts in summer 2010 with 9 weeks in length.  The program includes 3 days of in-office training to get you started.

You will be staffed on actual cases and will work with your team to solve business problems in strategy, operations, or program implementation.  You will be responsible for data gathering and analysis, interviewing the client’s customers, competitors, and suppliers, and presenting the findings to the case team members.  You will be experiencing the job as if you were a full-time Associate Consultant. In addition to the case work, you will also have the chances to participate in a wide range of activities such as regional training, office off-site, interactions with Bain leadership team and a return offer to join Bain as full time Associate Consultant after graduation.

Qualifications:

We are looking for outstanding individuals who possess the following qualities:
 Graduates in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree or above
 Strong academic background and analytical skills
 Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
 High motivation level and outstanding interpersonal skills

项目介绍：

助理顾问实习生(Associate Consultant Intern)项目从2010年暑期开始，总共为期9周。
该项目包含3天的入职培训，以帮助每一位实习生更快地融入公司。

助理顾问实习生将参与到各项目中，就像全职助理顾问一样开展日常工作。通过数据收集
和分析、与客户的顾客/竞争对手以及供应商的访谈、向团队成员做项目陈述等，与项目团
队一起解决包括战略、运营或项目实施等在内的各类商业问题。除参与项目外，助理顾问
实习生还有机会参加公司其他各类活动，例如区域性培训、公司团队活动、与贝恩合伙人
或董事经理互动交流等，并有机会于毕业后受聘于贝恩公司担任全职助理顾问。

资质要求：
